  • Facilitating the search for real estate in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

• The Platform is not a direct party to any transaction of sale, purchase, or lease, but rather acts as a digital intermediary facilitating access to information.

Eligibility

• Any natural person or legal entity is entitled to use the Platform, provided they comply with local and international laws.
• Users must be at least 18 years of age.

Accounts and Registration

• Users may browse without registration; however, certain features (e.g., saving favorite properties) require account creation.
• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
• Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities performed under their account.

Responsibility for Content

• The properties and information displayed on the Platform are provided by advertisers (real estate companies).
• The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information, and users are advised to verify details independently before making decisions.
• The Platform reserves the right to remove or restrict any content that is unlawful, misleading, or inappropriate.

Lawful Use

• Users agree to use the Platform strictly for lawful purposes, including:
  • Searching for properties.
  • Communicating with advertisers.
  • Accessing informational and analytical services.
• It is strictly prohibited to use the Platform for fraudulent purposes, to harm others, or to attempt unauthorized access to systems.

Limitation of Liability

• The Platform shall not be held liable for:
  • The accuracy of advertisements or their content.
  • Any financial or legal dealings between advertisers and users.
  • Any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Platform.
